TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Always make sure you're 1000% sure of purchasing your item.
2. Orders are for pre-order unless said otherwise. All items are official and sealed unless stated otherwise.
3. All items will be NETA. it is expected to arrive at our PH address within 5-6 weeks upon pick up from our Korean address. PATIENCE is a MUST.
4. Kindly double-check your details before proceeding with your order. If there are any changes, you need to inform us so we can make the necessary modifications to your details. Please make sure that all contact details are ACTIVE.
5. Cancellation is highly discouraged. We require a 50% downpayment for your orders, hence if you cancel your order and already paid the deposit, it will be nonrefundable. Also if you cancel your order and do not pay the deposit, you will be blacklisted.
6. Refund is ONLY possible if the item is out of stock or sold out.
7. Upon the arrival of the box, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance within 3 days, if not we will be charging Php 20.00/day.
8. Invoice and payment confirmation, will be sent via email. Updates will be up on our accounts, use #MMG_UPD to check or message us for urgent concerns.
9. Confirmed shipping details & will be provided before booking and ship-out only. Photos will be uploaded for update.
10. Meet-ups will be in a specific area only in San Juan City and on a scheduled time frame.
11. Shipping is every WEEKENDS only. For SDD, we will post the time and date in our accounts and you will be the one to book for it or let us know if we'll be the one to book for you.
12. We will not be held liable for any loss/damages of the item made by the courier. We will also not be held liable for any manufacturing defects of the sealed items.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Strictly NO CANCELLATION upon confirmation of items to be secured.
2. We require 50% DP upon agreement of the price quote.
3. Remaining Balance must be settled up to 2 days at most after the DOP or else there will be corresponding late fees amounting to P10/day.
4. ISF will depend on the quatity of the PC/s or album/s or Magazines included on the link given.
5. LSF will be asked once the item arrives in our PH Address.
Refunds will be issued if the item/s are already sold out.
Upon receiving of your item/s, make sure to have an unboxing video without cuts before raising any concerns.
